• We are looking for a couple of individuals for full or part-time positions.
• Mother’s or Dad’s hours are welcome with a minimum of 25 hours a week.
• The schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm or 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a small company, we all wear lots of hats and participate in cultivation and production tasks as needed.
• If you are new to the industry, we will work with you to learn the record-keeping and recording into METRC over time.

TASKS include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist on cultivation days, defoliating and hanging plants.
• Assist on de-budding days.
• Record waste and enter it into METRC as required.
• Clean and disinfect grow room trays.
• Post-harvest tasks will include:
  • Trimming Flower.
  • Curing Flower.
  • Sort Product.
  • Trim.
  • Waste, etc…
• Production tasks will include:
  • Preroll Making and Packaging.
  • Prepackaging 1/8ths.
  • Labeling, etc…
• METRC recording over time.
• All employees are responsible for maintaining their trim bins and tools, and cleaning the production rooms daily and the facility weekly.
• Our transport van is being fit-up and periodic deliveries will be added to the tasks at hand.

REQUIREMENTS and EMPHASIS:

1. We welcome all applicants to apply without bias. Wheelchair access is accommodated in production.
2. While our environment is fairly laid back, we have high expectations for daily production counts and weight and encourage our employers to embrace improvement on their own. We assist in this however with daily records and comments on strain traits, etc…
3. We are continuing to expand our cultivation operation in the next year, so there will be more opportunities moving forward.

Estimated Salary: $15 per hour based on qualifications plus a review and potential raise at 90 days.
