- Mobile App Tester
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Test mobile devices using iOS and Android), including peripheral devices such as scanners and printers.
- Execute functional and regression test cases.
- Assist in bug life cycle management: tracking, reporting, and verification of defects.
- Participate in sprint and release planning.
- Identify gaps in requirements/coverage, to ensure high quality and a better user experience.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience using JIRA for requirements management and defect tracking.
- Knowledge of Test Rail (or another Test Case management system).
- Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to deliver positive and negative feedback effectively to a variety of audiences.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Plan and create test data required for testing.
- Perform other relevant duties as required.
- Excellent organizational skills.
