Job Position Title:

• Budtender at Cannabis Edible Lounge and Dispensary in White Rock New Mexico

Job Description:

• Properly follow the flow handling procedures.
• Accurately maintain product inventory counts.
• Follow standard security protocols.
• Adapt to new technology and procedure changes.
• Exhibits a positive, enthusiastic attitude toward colleagues, patients, and vendors.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance and project trustworthiness and maturity.
• Adhere to NMMCP guidelines.
• Represent 420 Tea Times’s philosophy on customer service and customer relationships.
• Clean and organize the shop as directed.
• Be knowledgeable of the POS system and know how to process a transaction.
• Stock inventory as needed or requested by manager.
• Maintain strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

• A high school diploma and 1-3 years experience in a retail environment.
• Excellent work ethic and ability to collaborate with a team while providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain an understanding of and follow State program regulations.
• Per state law, must be at least 21 years of age.
• Resident with a current valid State-issued ID or Drivers License.
• Provide necessary documentation for employment in the United States.

Benefits:

• 8 days Paid sick leave, qualify to earn after 90 days.
• 1 week vacation, qualify to earn after 90 days.

Pay: $15 per hour based on qualifications.

Pay: From $15.00 per Hour
