• Processing Associate at Cannabis Company in Spokane Washington

Job Description:

• The ideal candidate is responsible for manicuring and preparing cannabis flower with shears for packing.
• This includes removing the flower off the stalks of the plant and separating usable product and unusable waste.
• The employee must be able to then trim the cannabis flower thoroughly, removing all leaf and visible stems without jeopardizing the quality or shape of the product.
• Packagers are responsible for weighing product accurately and maintaining proper quality control of the useable product.
• Possible administrative duties for packaging also include adhering logo labels to jars as well as proper barcodes for state traceability.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous trimming and packing experience.
• Trim a minimum of 100 grams per hour.
• Demonstrate attention to detail while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Exhibit competency in basic organizational, tracking, and communication skills.
• Work well independently, as well as with others.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation and warehouse.
• Efficiently manage their time during work in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality products.
• Take constructive criticism from their managers or supervisors to help maintain quality standards and production goals.
• Exhibit honesty and integrity.
• Exhibit personal hygiene.
• Show up on time for work every day ready to work.

Physical Demands and Requirements:

• Wear gloves at all times while handling the product.
• Sit or stand for long periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $14 to $16 per hour based on qualifications.

Pay: From $16.00 per Hour
