JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Lead Gardener

• Handles & maintains all processes of vegetation and flowering cycles.
• Handles and maintains important clone orders, and monitors all assistant gardeners with efficiency and precision.
• Maintains checklists as well as goes above and beyond with tasks.

Assistant Gardener

• Handles & maintains all processes of vegetation and flowering cycles.
• Handles and maintains important clone orders, and monitors all assistant gardeners with efficiency and precision.
• Maintains checklists as well as goes above and beyond with tasks.

Facility Manager

• Able to replicate me/CEO in gardening tasks, responsibility, maintaining environment, respect, and oversight of gardeners.

WORK EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

• Common sense thinking, efficient, team worker attitude, timely, dependable, and independent workers are some characteristics of the person necessary for these positions.

Estimated Salary: $20 per hour based on qualifications.
