Job Description:
Lead Gardener
- Handles & maintains all processes of vegetation and flowering cycles.
- Handles and maintains important clone orders, and monitors all assistant gardeners with efficiency and precision.
- Maintains checklists as well as goes above and beyond with tasks.
Assistant Gardener
- Handles & maintains all processes of vegetation and flowering cycles.
- Handles and maintains important clone orders, and monitors all assistant gardeners with efficiency and precision.
- Maintains checklists as well as goes above and beyond with tasks.
Facility Manager
- Able to replicate me/CEO in gardening tasks, responsibility, maintaining environment, respect, and oversight of gardeners.
Work Experience and Qualifications:
- Common sense thinking, efficient, team worker attitude, timely, dependable, and independent workers are some characteristics of the person necessary for these positions.
Pay: $20 per hour based on qualifications.
