Full Job Description

Bob’s Buds is a rapidly expanding marijuana grower that is looking to add Sales Representatives and Delivery Drivers to their team in Calera Oklahoma.

Ideal candidates can have some experience with sales but not required will train the right candidate.

Must be able to understand the basics of the sales process, innovative and a drive as a self-reliant individual, and capable of independent roles.

Must be willing to visit clients, set-up appointments, and/or sales.

Bob’s Buds is based out of Calera, OK with clients all across the state of Oklahoma.

You will be an independent contract (1099) role by the commission, and employee pay based on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Service existing accounts, obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing potential sales and outlets and other trade factors.
• Focus on sales efforts by studying existing and previous orders to predict the potential need for products.
• Follow company procedures for submitting orders, utilizing and coordinating with Sales Administrator, and seed to sale software.
• Recommend changes in products, service, and policy evaluating results, and competitive developments.
• Resolve complaints.
• Maintain professionalism.
• Provide records.
• Deliver Products or sample products as needed.
• Collect payments and signed orders with signatures.
