Job Description:

• Seeking 5 team members to begin work next week. Full-Time. Cannabis Cultivation and Processing Farm near Ford, WA seeking hard-working individuals to join our Grow and Harvest Teams. We are looking for people with a wide variety of skills and abilities. The right candidate will be a person that enjoys repetitive tasks with fine detail, is quick to learn, have open availability, their own reliable transportation, and doesn’t mind driving in the snow. Both positions are working directly with the plants and require standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. No experience is necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

COMPENSATION:

• Entry-level positions start at $14.50 – $15.00 per hour depending on the team.
• Pay increase after 90 Days.
• Full-Time positions are eligible for benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, & Supplemental Insurance after 90 days.

Pay: From $14.50 to 15.00. Raise and Benefits Eligibility after 90 days. per Hour
