Job Position Title:

• Veg Lead at Cannabis Cultivation Facility in Los Angeles California

Job Description:

• Overseeing Clone, Veg, and Mom Rooms: Managing the veg and clone assistant to accomplish all tasks related to the vegetative growth process.
• Integrated Pest Management (IPM): Responsible for performing the IPM schedule that is made for you by the garden manager. This is to be recorded on the calendar outside of the room once complete.
• Veg Nutrient Tanks: Responsible for checking the pH and the EC for the batch tank outside of the Clone, Veg, and Mom Rooms.
• Topping: Topping teens and pre-teens when appropriate. Working with the garden manager to determine the best timing for cultivars. Topping is only to be performed during three-week veg or in double-tiered LED rooms.
• Mom Plants: Maintaining healthy mother plants that will deliver the desired amount of clones for the flower rooms.
• Clones: Overseeing the team to ensure clones are cut, labeled, and attended to appropriately.
• Pest/Disease Scouting: Daily walkthroughs to scout plants for pests or potential disease.
• Flip Days: Loads carts, manages strain order leaving the veg room, supervises cleaning of veg after flip.

Pay: $18 per hour based on qualifications.
