JOB & CAREER SUMMARY:

• Concentrated Wellness is seeking a hardworking, dependable, passionate, enthusiastic marijuana grower to develop and implement strategic plans for the daily operation of soil and hydroponic systems.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Foliar applications.
• Daily watering and nutrient mixing.
• Trellising.
• De-leafing.
• Pruning.
• Cloning.
• Transplanting.
• Harvesting.
• Cleaning grow rooms and facility.
• Assisting with irrigation systems and preparing fertilizer tanks.
• Scheduling IPM and biological-control treatments in coordination with the Head Grower.
• Maintaining records for biocontrol usage and benchmarking organizations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and demanding environment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, including cross-functional teams.
• Ability to Ensure work responsibilities are completed in a timely manner.
• Ability to show up and perform in a timely manner.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• This job operates in a warehouse.
• Conditions are often humid, hot, and bright.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• This is an active position requiring regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and climbing all day.
• The position requires talking and hearing as well as visual acuity.
• Employees must frequently lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

• Experience working in cannabis cultivation is strongly preferred but not required.
• High school or equivalent (Preferred).

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

• Days and hours of work may vary by scheduling or seasonal needs.
• Evening and weekend work will sometimes be required.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Resident with a current valid State-issued ID or Driver’s License.

Estimated Salary: $15 per hour based on qualifications.
