JOB POSITION TITLE:

• Sales Representative at Cannabis Company in Lawton Oklahoma

JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Travel throughout assigned territory to establish new accounts and create additional business with existing accounts.
• Services customers by obtaining orders for cannabis products, investigating and resolving all complaints, and scheduling pop-up locations for new products.
• Maintain a detailed, accurate, and current contact report.
• Attend industry events, as needed, to build contact lists.
• Represent Country Cannabis with professionalism and positive vibes in all arenas.
• Maintain current and accurate customer and potential customer records.
• Willingness and ability to follow directions from Sales Manager and Director.
• Ability to meet and exceed both sales and customer service goals.
• Regular attendance at team meetings, either in person (preferred) or via conference call.
• Abide by Country Cannabis Policies and Procedures, as well as any applicable laws.

WORK EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be over 18 years of age, no exceptions.
• At least 2 years experience in cold calling sales environments or retail environment.
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Understands that working a minimum of forty (40) hours a week is a critical element in obtaining new accounts and is committed to growing the business.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.
• Must meet State requirements for a criminal background check.
• Meets State requirements for transporting cannabis samples.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS and REQUIREMENTS:

• Frequently drives, sits, and stands for long periods.
• Sufficient hearing and speaking ability to maintain conversations both in person and on various electronic devices.
• Able to lift, carry, and transport up to 20 pounds.
• Frequently uses hands and fingers to type and write.

REPORTS TO:

• Reports to assigned Sales Manager or Director.
• Autonomy over daily activities with input and training from the Sales Manager and Director.

Estimated Salary: $36,000 per year based on qualifications.

• $36000.00 / Year
