DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be able to trim at least 1 lb. of trimmed flower per day.
• Be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Be on time to work every day.
• Will be a consistent performer every day.
• Maintain a positive and team-friendly attitude each day.
• Work is performed inside an air-conditioned facility.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass an Arizona state background check.
• Trimming for a minimum of 2 years and averages 1 lb. of trimmed flower per day.

Estimated Salary: $13 per hour based on qualifications.
