Full Job Description
The Sales Representative needs to be a self-starter, critical thinker, engaging salesperson, and always customer-focused.
In addition, the ideal Sales Representative will be solutions-oriented, results-driven, and a strategic planner that excels in client relationships, verbal communication, and data entry proficiency.
Furthermore, Dalwhinnie expects the Sales Representatives to possess a high level of the cannabis industry and market knowledge, the ability to communicate how to use luxury accessory consumption and maintain high-quality customer-staff relationships.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has at least one year of experience in the Colorado Cannabis industry, has a valid driver’s license, no felony convictions or other criminal history, and a clean driving record.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
Reports to Retail Assistant Manager
Quality Customer Service
Supports the daily store operations
Maintains product knowledge
Maintains store cleanliness and appearance
Brand representation
Compliance with Colorado MED and recreational Cannabis code
Individuals applying must be:
Minimum age of 21 years old
A Colorado resident with a current MED Occupational license
Living in or willing to relocate to Aspen, Colorado, or the surrounding area.
Applicant must also be willing to submit to an additional, extensive background check, which may include personal financial history, and moral character requirements as specified by the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division, and other areas in accordance with the Colorado Recreational Cannabis code.
Pay: From $DOE, 15 - 18 per Hour
