Job Description:

• Greeting and welcoming customers.
• Informing the manager of customer complaints or operational issues.
• Sharing personal experiences of our cannabis products to aid in addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Advising patients on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and strains.
• Processing customer payments using the company’s point-of-sale system.
• Ensuring that the dispensary is clean and organized at all times.
• Educating patients on the safe use of their selected cannabis products, and paraphernalia.
• Correctly weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products in accordance with state law.
• Checking patient medical documents, and identification to ensure they are a currently registered patient.
• Taking inventory of cannabis products and ensuring the saleroom is adequately stocked.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A valid Montana Medical Marijuana Program Agent License.
• 2 years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Sound knowledge of cannabis strains, and their benefits.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Exceptional communication, customer, and organizational skills.

Pay: $16.00 per hour based on qualifications plus tips.
