JOB POSITION TITLE:

• Grow Hand and General Labor at Cannabis Staffing Agency in Gallatin Gateway Montana

Job Description:

• Prepare space required for planned production.
• Hanging and dry-racking flowers; monitoring curing process and climate control; labeling; weighing and inventory data input.
• Assist with the maintenance and care of cannabis crops at all stages of the harvesting cycle.
• Maintain, care, and manicure the plant.
• Preparation and packaging of cannabis products.
• Stocking and handling production inputs and supplies; sanitizing and cleaning growing areas, cultivation workspaces, and tools.
• Maintain a steady production pace trimming product.
• Adapt to different techniques of trimming.
• Maintain, sweep, and sanitize the workplace.
• Ensure daily compliance with policies and procedures including but not limited to, state compliance, security protocols, and access protocols.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A valid Montana Medical Marijuana Program Agent License.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all coworkers and staff.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work, and stand for extended periods of time as well as do some heavy lifting (at least 50 lbs.).
• Ability to work a varied schedule; weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Demands and Requirements:

• The position must occasionally lift, push, pull, and /or move up to 50 pounds.
• While performing the duties of this job, this position is occasionally required to sit and regularly use hand(s) to handle, grasp, feel, and or touch.
• This position is regularly required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
• Willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Able to stand or walk for up to 8-12 hours.
• Must be able to climb ladders.
• Able to work in an environment where the temperature may vary between 60 and 90 degrees.

Pay: $16 to $17 per hour based on qualifications.

Pay: From $17.00 per Hour
