Job Description:

• Security Officers are carefully screened according to their talents, qualifications, experience, and overall disposition for the job you will be performing.
• You will use various forms of communication and you will be expected to write reports outlining observations and activities during assigned shifts.
• We are currently hiring security officers in the greater Lawrence, Haverhill, and Lowell area.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Must be able to act in a quick and professional manner during an emergency.
• Must possess a valid Massachusetts Driver’s license upon starting date.
• Knowledge of guest intake and ID verification procedures and protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with the public to facilitate problem-solving in stressful situations with calm and open judgment.
• Ability to identify potential problems, analyze issues, and propose solutions.
• Knowledge of safety, health, and security protocols.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Candidates should be motivated and hardworking, attendance is critical.
• All applicants must pass a background investigation of personal character, professional references, and criminal records.
• Reliable Transportation is a must.
• Must be 21+

Physical Demands and Requirements:

• May be required to lift up to 25 lbs. and have a full range of mobility throughout the workday.
• Must be able to conduct patrol rounds by foot and/or vehicle.
• May be required to work outdoors from time to time.

Pay: $16 to $18 per hour based on qualifications.

Pay: From $18.00 per Hour
