• We are a Missoula-based, holistic herbal healthcare company and dispensary. We are now hiring for multiple positions at our new store in Kalispell. We are searching for qualified candidates to fill the position of an experienced Retail Manager to start our new Kalispell store.

Job Position Title:

• Retail Branch Manager for Medical Marijuana Dispensary in Missoula Montana

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversees the scheduling and activities of other workers.
• Responsible for proper staffing at all times.
• Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating new employees.
• Ensure tracking software is maintained properly and in sync with our POS systems.
• Ensures that the location branch is on track to meet its goals.
• Participates in regular team meetings directed by the owner or other managers.
• Motivates and directs their team.
• Prepares reports for management.
• Inventory management including ordering and receiving orders.
• Ensures workers have the resources to complete their work.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities that favor the company and its goals.
• Accomplishes goals of the organization by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
