Job Position Title:

• Post Harvest Agent

Job Description:

• Assisting with cutting down plants.
• Moving plants and material from one room to another.
• De-budding, trimming, and packaging material.
• Maintaining a clean workspace compliant with the Cannabis Control Commission (CCC).
• Running, cleaning, and otherwise maintaining machinery specific to Post-harvest tasks.
• Organizing large quantities of products.
• Organizing and recording metric tags according to Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) standards.
• Following proper safety protocol at all times.
• Communicating with team members and management to accomplish tasks assigned.
• Keeping track of separate strains and batching.
• Burping material.
• Ability to work as a team and individually.
• Weigh and record plants and material.
• Move totes from one area to another.
• Production schedule and environment.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

• Anyone with production facility experience.
• Experience with operating machinery or mechanically inclined.
• Anyone with great organizational skills.
• Cannabis experience is a plus.

Physical Demands and Requirements:

• Available to work 40+ hours per 7-day week.
• Available to work weekends when requested.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.

Reports To:

• Post Harvest Manager

Pay: $20 per hour based on qualifications.

Pay: From $20.00 per Hour
