Job Description:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with purchasers.
  • Identify target prospects and attract new relationships with purchasers through various avenues (cold calling, email blasts, social media, in-person outreach, etc.)
  • Present clear knowledge of all bulk and retail company products to clientele.
  • Resolve customer issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Update and maintain all company product menus with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue goals and KPIs set by management.
  • Schedule sales meetings (virtual and in-person) with major manufacturers, distributors, and brands for sale of bulk products.
  • Track purchasing needs of all vendors and accurately and effectively communicate inventory needs to management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the cannabis industry; noting key players, pivotal techniques, emerging trends, and overall status of the industry.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

  • Prior bulk cannabis sales experience in the cannabis industry is required.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in bulk cannabis sales required.
  • In-depth understanding of cannabis including but not limited to strains or grades, quality control, harvest methods, concentrates, and retail products required.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs), and ability to learn other programs (CRM Software, METRC, etc.)
  • Experience with cold-call prospecting and exceptional follow-up and account management skills.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal and persuasive skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Must maintain a high level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.

Pay: $18 to $20 per hour based on qualifications plus commission.

Pay: From $20.00 per Hour
