Job Position Title:

• Director of Operations at Cannabis Store in Freehold New Jersey

Job Description:

• Developing operation manuals and implementing them for Retail Operations.
  Hiring, training, and supervising a diverse retail staff hired from the local community.
  Implementing policies and procedures.
  Assisting with Quality Improvement plan.
  Utilizing organization quality assurance programs to track, document, and investigate incidents.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

• 5+ years in cannabis management and/or highly regulated retail operations.
• Retail Operations experience.
• Understanding of HIPAA Privacy Rules.
• Knowledgeable of cannabis retail operations, retail management operations, and cannabis and/or highly regulated retail standard operating procedures.
• Passionate about providing a premium retail experience to our customers.

Pay: $130,000 per year based on qualifications.
