- Nurse Practitioner at Medical Marijuana Card Certification Service in Salt Lake City Utah
JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Be an advocate for patients seeking to use medical marijuana as part of their treatment plan.
- Evaluate patients for the medical cannabis program.
- Maintain notes and medical records in the EMR system (all electronic).
WORK EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:
- NP License to practice in Utah.
- DEA & Controlled Substance License.
- Certified Nurse Practitioner in UT (Preferred).
- Ability to utilize technology, specifically the in-house EMR system (we will train!)
JOB COMPENSATION:
Estimated Salary: $40 to $150 per hour based on qualifications.
Minimum Pay Wage or Starting Salary:
- $150.00 / Hour
