JOB POSITION TITLE:

• Nurse Practitioner at Medical Marijuana Card Certification Service in Salt Lake City Utah

JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Be an advocate for patients seeking to use medical marijuana as part of their treatment plan.
• Evaluate patients for the medical cannabis program.
• Maintain notes and medical records in the EMR system (all electronic).

WORK EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

• NP License to practice in Utah.
• DEA & Controlled Substance License.
• Certified Nurse Practitioner in UT (Preferred).
• Ability to utilize technology, specifically the in-house EMR system (we will train!)

JOB COMPENSATION:

Estimated Salary: $40 to $150 per hour based on qualifications.

• $150.00 / Hour
