Job Position Title:

• Sales Representative and Account Manager for Cannabis Products Company in California

Job Description:

• Greenstone Distribution is looking to hire an outgoing and experienced Sales Representative & Account Manager to grow our account base and increase sales within existing customers across all of California. This position requires extensive travel and weekly meetings at our distribution center in Lynwood California.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• You are a self-starter, organized, adaptable, and take the time to understand every aspect of our business.
• You embrace continuous customer engagement and opportunities to grow your accounts.
• As a team player, you build strong relationships with accounts to support the growth of the business.
• You have a passion for the cannabis industry and have a good understanding of all our products and offerings.
• You are proactive and excel at driving sales, enabling the business to achieve the next level of growth.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to interact effectively with management and sales reps.
• 2 years of B2B selling experience exceeding goals.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• B2B sales experience with strategic regional development and selling skills.
• Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills.
• Must be able to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and ability to learn other software.
• Experience utilizing CRM.
• Passion for Greenstone and the cannabis industry.
• Outgoing/High energy; enjoys public interaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized, motivated, focused, and efficient.
• This position requires a Class C license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Pay: $20 per hour based on qualifications plus bonuses.

Pay: From $20.00 per Hour
