Job Position Title:

• Sales Manager at Air Purification Company for the Cannabis Industry in Johnson City Tennessee

Job Description:

• Researching and identifying key decision makers in the top cannabis processing industry.
• Reaching out to the key players and creating a relationship to gather the information to identify their needs.
• Create an action plan to present the relevant information to key stakeholders and close the business.
• Attend cannabis industry trade shows, conferences, conventions, and relevant professional events to stay current on industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in getting the company names out in the cannabis community.
• Ability to present a summary of business status and strategy to the executive management team.
• Work with the marketing team to identify areas of opportunity.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Requires regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
• All other duties as assigned.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Associate degree preferred, with 2+ years of hands-on sales experience in the cannabis industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills with people at all levels.
• Attention to and focus on detail and accuracy.
• Able to multi-task, prioritize and efficiently manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated team player who is able to work independently without supervision.
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Must pass the required background checks.
• Must be and remain compliant with all legal requirements.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Pay: $20 per hour based on qualifications.
