• Budtender for Medical Marijuana Dispensary in Colorado Springs Colorado

Job Description:

• Grow Life is seeking qualified applicants who are self-motivated, task-oriented, and goal-driven with outgoing personalities and exceptional customer service skills to join our team with room for promotion.
• Our budtenders also receive tips on a weekly basis that very much increases the pay rate based on hours worked.
• Must be able to work weekends!

Must Haves:

• Thrive under pressure.
• Have a friendly, welcoming, and outgoing personality.
• Multi-task effectively.
• Possess knowledge of many items on the medical marijuana market (including but not limited to concentrates, edibles, topicals, cartridges, etc).
• Have an eye for organization and cleanliness.
• Be available for hire or training shifts immediately.
• Take direction and constructive criticism from management to become better.

You should only apply if you have:

• Open availability – including weekends and the ability to adapt to changes in schedule.
• Adequate transportation.
• Ability to dress in a clean, professional (business casual) manner.
• Ability to obtain MED Badge or current badge holder.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to work Wednesday through Friday.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• ID Check + Data Entry.
• Providing knowledgeable, friendly, and informative customer service.
• Cultivate trusted patient relationships that help to ensure customer loyalty.
• Prepare Products for Sale.
• Conducting Inventory Audits.
• Keeping dispensary neat and clean (including bathrooms).
• Strong Teamwork and Communication Skills.

Required skills:

• Positive Attitude.
• General Computer or Web Browser Knowledge.
• Microsoft Word Knowledge.
• Social Media Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc).
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Basic math skills and ability to keep cash drawer balanced.

COVID-19 considerations:

• Masks are required for those who have not been fully vaccinated.
• We sanitize surfaces often.

Pay: $13 to $14 per hour based on qualifications plus tips.

Pay: From $14.00 per Hour
