• Store Manager (Trainee) at Farm and Garden Hydroponics Store in Salinas California

Job Description:

• We will work with the right candidate to train on our documented processes and the latest in cultivation approaches, and products.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

• 1 year+ of Gardening or Farming experience.
• 1 year+ of Retail sales experience.
• 1 year+ of Management experience.
• Customer-focused and can-do attitude is a must.
• Inside or outside sales experience is a plus.
• Must have some familiarity with cultivation equipment and supplies such as Gavita lights, Grodan Rockwool, and veg/bloom-enhancing fertilizers.
• Indoor and/or outdoor gardening experience is a plus.
