Job Position Title:

Responsibilities and Duties:
As a Harvester, you will be responsible for working with the Harvester Team and the Production Manager to coordinate and execute harvests of cannabis flower.
Harvester is responsible for harvesting and processing cannabis flower with quality and efficiency.
Harvester is responsible for accomplishing harvest processes such as cleaning, hanging, drying, bucking, deboning, trimming, curing, and preparing cannabis flower for sale or transfer.
Harvester is responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations.
Complete harvesting and administrative duties with accuracy and consistency.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Ability to move from one task to another with efficiency.
Competently follow directions from management.
Looking to hire someone that is able to accomplish new tasks as assigned.
This position will allow for a raise for each department that you are cross-trained in and also every piece of equipment that you are successfully trained on how to operate proficiently.
Work Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous harvester and harvesting experience is preferred but not required.
- Previous farmhand, fieldhand, and laborer experience is preferred but not required.
- Previous work experience in a high-volume production or harvest setting is preferred but not required.
- Previous work experience in the medical marijuana or recreational cannabis industry is a plus.
- Communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Organization skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- High School diploma or GED credential.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Able to provide a federal, state, or local identification card with a photograph.

Physical Demands and Requirements:
- You have above average hand-dexterity.
- You can stand on ladders up to 6 feet in height.
- You can talk and hear regularly.
- You can sit, stand, or walk for the entire shift.
- You can periodically bend, stoop, squat, and reach.
- You can physically lift at least 45 lbs.
Reports To:
- Senior Harvester.
- Production Manager.
- Chief Executive Officer.
Shift Schedule:
- Contract, Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
- 6-hour to 8-hour work shifts.
- Availability: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
