Job Position Title:

• Store Manager at Recreational Cannabis Dispensary in Hopedale Massachusetts

JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate well with customers, fellow employees, sales associates, and suppliers.
• Schedule and supervise assistant manager and sales associates/budtenders.
• Well-versed in desktop computers and handheld devices such as tablets and POS.
• Educate customers and employees alike on product knowledge.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive quality service.
• Measure data on the efficacy of sales, products, and staffing plans.
• Responsible for inventory accuracy and take stock a minimum of twice per day.
• Make sure that any action taken or program instituted will not violate the Cannabis Control Commission’s regulations with respect to state laws.

Pay: $47,000 to $50,000 per year based on qualifications.

Pay: From $50000.00 per Year
