• High Maintenance Trim Co. is a full-service cannabis processing company. We are a mobile “one-stop shop” and work with multiple clients, moving between facilities based on client needs and harvest schedules.

Job Position Title:

• Cannabis Processor and Trimmer at Cannabis Processing Company in Oakland California

Job Description:

• Work in the post-harvest department bucking, hand trimming, sorting, and packaging products as needed.
• Additional assignments may include harvesting, pruning and deleafing, and making prerolls.
• Trimming a wide variety of strains, sorting processed material, bucking down product, and maintaining a high level of efficiency and organization.
• Use scissors and pruners as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of gardens, processing rooms, and all tools and equipment.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

• Must be 21 & able to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be willing and able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods and conduct repetitive motions.
• Production-oriented, able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Be reliable, punctual, and able to accept on-call assignments.
• Flexible with schedule and traveling between facilities if needed.
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated but also be a team player and able to collaborate on projects.
• Strong work ethic & take pride and responsibility in work.
• Ability to meet production requirements as outlined by each facility.
• Communicate professionally and provide excellent customer service for clients at all times.
• Passion for the cannabis industry and open to education on all cannabis-related topics.

Physical Demands and Requirements:

• Wear required PPE, facemask, and gloves at all times.

Pay: $15.50 per hour based on qualifications plus bonus based on production.
