Job Position Title:

• Cannabis Processor and Trimmer at Cannabis Processing Company in Sacramento California

Job Description:

• Primarily work in the post-harvest department bucking, hand trimming, sorting, and packaging products as needed.
• Additional assignments may include harvesting, pruning and deleafing, and making prerolls.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

• Must be 21 & able to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be willing and able to pass a background check.
• Production-oriented.
• Be reliable, punctual, and able to accept on-call assignments.
• Flexible with schedule and traveling between facilities if needed.
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated but also be a team player and able to collaborate on projects.
• Strong work ethic & take pride and responsibility in work.
• Ability to meet production requirements as outlined by each facility.
• Communicate professionally and provide excellent customer service for clients at all times.
• Passion for the cannabis industry and open to education on all cannabis-related topics.

Physical Demands and Requirements:

• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods and conduct repetitive motions.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Wear required PPE, facemask, and gloves at all times.

Shift Schedule:

• This position is part-time, meaning you will be assigned shifts based on need and will not have a set schedule every week. Some weeks you will have the option to work up to 32 hours while other weeks you will be scheduled for 8 hours. Therefore this position requires flexibility and an understanding of how harvest schedules work. Based on performance, professionalism, and production rates you may have the option to accept additional work assignments and move to full-time employment status.

Pay: $15.50 per hour based on qualifications plus bonus based on production.
