Job Position Title:

• Cultivation Assistant and Processor at Cannabis Processing Company in San Francisco California

Job Description:

• Primarily work in the post-harvest department assisting during harvest, with duties such as bucking and deleafing and pruning.
• Additional duties may include sorting, packaging, hand trimming, and making prerolls.
• Training and pruning of cannabis plants, harvesting of garden, and general garden tasks and maintenance.
• Trimming a wide variety of strains, sorting processed material, bucking down products, and maintaining a high level of efficiency and organization.
• Use scissors and pruners as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of gardens, processing rooms, and all tools and equipment.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

• Must be 21 & able to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be willing and able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods and conduct repetitive motions.
• Production oriented.
• Be reliable, punctual, and able to accept on-call assignments.
• Flexible with schedule and traveling between facilities if needed.
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated but also be a team player and able to collaborate on projects.
• Strong work ethic & take pride and responsibility in work.
• Ability to meet production requirements as outlined by each facility.
• Communicate professionally and provide excellent customer service for clients at all times.
• Passion for the cannabis industry and open to education on all cannabis-related topics.

Physical Demands and Requirements:

• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Wear required PPE, facemask, and gloves at all times.

Pay: $17 to $20 per hour based on qualifications.

Pay: From $20.00 per Hour
