JOB POSITION TITLE:

• Sales Associate at Indoor Gardening Supplies Store in Callery Pennsylvania

JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Provide Efficient, Friendly, and Superior Service.
• Assist in Managing Store Inventory via Counts and stocking.
• Front & Face Inventory.
• Opening and closing procedures.
• Operating Point of Sale.
• Create Ongoing Relationships with Customers.
• Maintain High Housekeeping Standards.
• Assist Stump Tea Tuesdays.
• Keep a Thriving Demo Garden In-Store.

WORK EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Personality that supports efficiency, hard work, and a “can do” attitude.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Minimum of High School Diploma.
• Experience in retail sales.
• Hands-on experience with gardening and keeping plants.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS and REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift at least 60 lbs.

Estimated Salary: $18 to $19 per hour based on qualifications.

• $19.00 / Hour
