JOB POSITION TITLE:

• Budtender at Cannabis Shop in Santa Ana California

JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Conduct sales and customer service through maintaining a properly stocked, organized, uncluttered, safe, and inviting store environment.
• Promote a work environment that is positive, and customer-service oriented, including greeting customers warmly when they enter.
• Educate patients about a variety of cannabis products including flower, edibles, and concentrates, providing information on cannabis products based on patient needs or requests.
• Educating customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products.
• Staying up-to-date with new products, strains, changes in law, and industry trends in order to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Maintain and use completely and accurately (POS) and METRC systems for all in-store, online, and phone orders.
• Ensuring that the dispensary is clean and well-organized at all times.
• Handle completely and accurately cash and discount application.
• Other duties as assigned.

WORK EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude, team-oriented, and disciplined work ethic.
• Detail-oriented; able to stay organized and on task.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Estimated Salary: $16 per hour based on qualifications.

• $16.00 / Hour
