Job Position Title:
- Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Manager at Cannabis Cultivation Company in Cincinnati Ohio
Job Description:
- Responsible for overseeing all IPM tasks, including training team members to perform regular pesticide and biological control applications. They must also develop pest management strategies for specific pests.
- Ensure support staff adhere to the proper PPE use when applying pesticides. In addition, they must maintain a clean and sanitized facility and maintain all equipment.
- All applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- All applicants must pass an FBI fingerprint search and a BCI federal background search.
Work Experience and Qualifications:
- Horticultural pest management experience.
- Commercial cannabis cultivation experience (preferred).
- Managerial experience.
ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
- Exposure to pollen, allergens, and non-carcinogenic pesticides, dust, odors, extreme temperatures, artificial light, sun exposure, loud machines, vibrations, and water.
Pay: $20 per hour based on qualifications.
Pay: From $20.00 per Hour
