• King City Gardens specializes in the cultivation of premier craft cannabis.

JOB POSITION TITLE:

• Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Manager at Cannabis Cultivation Company in Cincinnati Ohio

JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for overseeing all IPM tasks, including training team members to perform regular pesticide and biological control applications. They must also develop pest management strategies for specific pests.
• Ensure support staff adhere to the proper PPE use when applying pesticides. In addition, they must maintain a clean and sanitized facility and maintain all equipment.
• All applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• All applicants must pass an FBI fingerprint search and a BCI federal background search.

WORK EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

• Horticultural pest management experience.
• Commercial cannabis cultivation experience (preferred).
• Managerial experience.

ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

• Exposure to pollen, allergens, and non-carcinogenic pesticides, dust, odors, extreme temperatures, artificial light, sun exposure, loud machines, vibrations, and water.

Estimated Salary: $20 per hour based on qualifications.
