Job Position Title:

• Propagation Manager at Cannabis Cultivation Company in Cincinnati Ohio

Job Description:

• Ensures that our operation has the starting materials to flourish.
• Support our Cultivation Manager by overseeing all clones, mother plants, and all plants in vegetative states before they enter flowering rooms.
• Responsible for optimizing grow stages while implementing innovative new cannabis growing techniques to include best methods of planting, nutrient regiment, and cultivating, as well as cultivar selection for specific outcomes.
• Daily care for upwards of 700+ Mothers and genetic stock.
• Daily care for upwards of 9,000+ Clones.
• Adhering to Clone propagation schedule.
• Adhering to genetic rotation schedule.
• Mother stock maintenance including pruning, training, up-potting, and re-starting new mothers.
• Managing transplant of Clones according to schedule.
• Adhering to IPM schedule including preventative foliar sprays and substrate inoculations.
• Monitoring and changing environmental settings to achieve ideal VPD.
• Managing maintenance of room infrastructure and equipment including regular room cleanings, tabletop cleaning/sterilizing, fan cleaning, sterilizing of irrigation lines and pumps, etc.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

• All applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• All applicants must pass an FBI fingerprint search and a BCI federal background search.

ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

• Exposure to pollen, allergens, and non-carcinogenic pesticides, dust, odors, extreme temperatures, artificial light, sun exposure, loud machines, vibrations, and water.

Pay: $20 per hour based on qualifications.
