  • Patient Care Technician and Sales Associate for Cannabis Dispensary in Joliet Illinois

Job Description:

  • Seeking Seasonal Cannabis Sales Associates for one of the nation’s leading dispensaries. We have immediate openings for fun-loving, energetic salespeople. This opportunity is scheduled to begin asap and is open-ended; will run as long as there is a need. There is also potential for hire for those that excel!

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Greet customers in a warm, friendly manner.
  • Check-in customers by verifying identification and paperwork using an iPad.
  • Verify online and/or assist in placing a new order.
  • Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy.
  • Ensure security measures and safety compliance are met at all times.
  • Maintain visitor log.
  • Provide necessary support to the management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly, and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations, including: daily activities, maintenance, and patient information for any reported issues and/or complaints.
  • Promote a work environment that is positive, communicative, patient-oriented, and compliant.
  • Please note that you will be required to work outside for the majority of your shift.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Consistent demonstration of excellent customer service skills.
  • Desire to continuously learn (more) about cannabis, cannabinoids, and the endocannabinoid system.
  • Ability to listen well and effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with various audiences.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Must pass any and all required background checks.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
  • Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.

SCHEDULES:

  • Wednesday to Sunday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm OR 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Pay: $14 per hour based on qualifications.

Pay: From $14.00 per Hour
