Job Description:

• Responsible for providing excellent customer service.
• Greet patrons and process all merchandise transactions.
• Educating customers on different strains and products.
• Ensuring compliance with state and local regulations.
• You will also handle cash transactions, inventory management, and store maintenance.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

• Passion for cannabis.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong basic math skills are required.
• Be able to engage with customers, team members, and management positively.
• Maintain enthusiasm, charisma, and focus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply.

Physical Demands and Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and safely install display elements.
• Ability to maneuver stairs.

Pay: $18.50 to $20 per hour based on qualifications.

Pay: From $20.00 per Hour
