Job Position Title:

• Cultivator at Cannabis Production Facility in Omak Washington

Job Description:

• Cultivation of cannabis. Management of Tier 3 Producer. Oversee operations at cannabis production facility. Work in indoor, greenhouse, and outdoor cannabis production.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• This position typically includes sourcing, cloning, transplanting, and providing nutrients for various strains of marijuana plants.
• Setting up and maintaining irrigation systems and environmental controls.
• Ensuring that the facility is pest-free.
• Provide quality care and attention to the growing process of the plants from clone to harvest which includes pruning, trimming, and drying.
• Opportunity for management.
• Develop procedures and protocols as needed for tracking plant growth, the addition of pesticides, or amendments.
• Education of the environmental controller system, fertigation systems, and all greenhouse automation and functions.
• Managing large projects such as transplanting, and harvest/drying.
• Submitting accurate reports to the team every Saturday.
• Submitting photos and or videos to the team, as requested for social media use.
• Work within the system for drying and design a flow of work for harvest and processing of the plants through the hanging, curing, and packaging of the plants.
• Detailed recordkeeping and strict adherence to the company’s operating procedures and compliance with state regulations are essential for this position.
• Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese language and English preferred and comes with more pay.
• This opportunity also comes with on-site living quarters.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to provide references.

Pay: $3,500 per month based on qualifications.
