• Distribution Sales Representative at Hemp Product Distributor in Charlotte North Carolina

Job Description:

• Identify potential distribution clients in the target market through cold calling.
• Schedule, present, promote, and sell products to prospective distribution centers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis on customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Contact customers through a combination of inbound and outbound leads.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Supply the management team with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within set schedules.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Familiarity with CRM best practices.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales over the phone.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Excellent knowledge of Google Drive or Microsoft Office.
