JOB & CAREER SUMMARY:

• Come join our rad team one block from the gorgeous Pacifica Pier beach! Our sleepy surf town is sweet in every possible way! We’re excited about expanding and are looking for additional team members with retail and cannabis industry experience who will dig the coastal vibe! We’re looking for full-time team members who might dig a driving gig and making visits to our very special guests to brighten their days. Must have flexible availability and be open to working weekends. We’re currently open from 10 AM – 8 PM Monday through Saturday and 10 AM – 7 PM on Sundays.

QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass an FBI and DOJ live-scan review.
• Must have customer service experience.
• Must have a positive, upbeat, kind, and patient personality to ensure all guests feel welcome and receive the best possible experience when visiting our store or a guest’s home.
• Must have a positive attitude and work well with other team members to promote and maintain a positive culture and vibe.
• Must have budtender experience and are familiar with the cannabis industry.
• Must have POS sale and cash handling experience and demonstrate attention to detail during cash and credit card sales with minimal errors.
• Must have reliable transportation and demonstrate the ability to arrive at all shifts on time.
• Must drive our company vehicles while on shift.

Estimated Salary: $15 to $17 per hour based on qualifications plus tips.
