- We are seeking an Account Manager to join our sales team at our corporate headquarters in Vernon, CA. Responsibilities and Duties:
What you’ll be doing (including but not limited to):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated book of business.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close transactions.
- Develop trusted advisory relationships with key accounts.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to meet customer needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities.
Work Experience and Qualifications:
What you will bring to the table:
- 3+ years’ inside sales or account management experience with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding expectations.
- Previous experience in the cannabis industry and strong product knowledge required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibits excellent judgment.
- Solid computer skills.
