Job Position Title:

• Weight Room Quality Control for Cannabis Grower in Salinas California

Job Description:

• The purpose of this position is to weigh out all flower inventory for storage or sale.
• Based on the weekly work list provided by the Processing Manager.
• This position is responsible for weighing out an accurate inventory of all our processed flower units, smalls, trim, and waste (stems, mold, etc.) as well as accurately recording the individual output weights per employee for productivity tracking purposes.
• In addition, this person is responsible for the recording and tracking storage location and labeling of all processed flower outputs and weighs the bucked product, trim, and waste.
• This person aids in the general aspect of Quality Control (QC) and productivity tracking.

RESPONSIBILITIES and TASKS:

• Works along with the processing department and manager to ensure all processed flower, smalls, and trim units are weighted stored, and labeled accurately.
• Weights individual employee output bags and records their output weights for productivity tracking.
• Weights, bags, and labels product in plastic totes for storage
• Accurately record processed product counts and storage location.
• Performs final Quality Control (QC) inspection of flower bags prior to storage.
• Prepares samples when requested.
• Prepares products for orders and transfers.
• Assist with freezer inventory and frozen orders.
• Occasionally leads daily exercise warm-ups.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Basic math and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift between 15-30 lbs.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.

Pay: $20 per hour based on qualifications.

Pay: From $20.00 per Hour
