Job Description:

  • Maintenance of existing products.
    • Android app(s).
    • Database management (MySQL).
    • Server maintenance of Linux/Ubuntu systems.
    • Debugging of Python (2 and 3) apps.
  • Aid in the development of new products.
    • “Whiteboard” with the team and flowchart designs.
    • Add new code to existing systems (Python, Android/Java, HTML, CSS, JS).
    • Add new API endpoints to AWS API Gateway.
    • Add support for new scale hardware.
  • Serial communication.
  • Reading datasheets.
  • AWS upkeep.
    • Familiarize oneself with primary AWS systems, including Lambda, RDS, EC2, S3, API Gateway, Cloud Watch, IAM, VPC, Boto3.
    • Monitor resources.
    • Security and infrastructure improvements.
  • Basic tech support.
    • Learning the ins and outs of our system (reading help center and watching
      videos).
    • Front-ending support questions (gathering basic information).
    • Answering questions within capabilities.

Pay: $55,000 to $75,000 per year based on qualifications.
