• Pre-Roll Specialist for Cannabis Manufacturing and Distribution Company in Santa Ana California

Job Description:

• A fast-growing Cannabis Manufacturing and Distribution Company is looking for hardworking and dependable Pre-Roll Specialists for its facility in Santa Ana, California.
• Candidates with basic knowledge and understanding of the Cannabis Industry are preferred.
• This is a fast-paced, challenging, hands-on position supporting the high-volume production of high-quality cannabis products.
• The selected candidates must be able to fulfill production and market demands while complying with current industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Tasked with assisting with any and all day-to-day packaging and labeling duties.
• Routine duties include weighing, labeling, packaging of cannabis flowers, and pre-roll packaging, while accurately filling out forms.
• Responsible for upholding company standards and procedures pertaining to packaging and labeling methods, and equipment sanitation and cleanliness.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be age 21 or over – California residency with valid ID is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Experience in the cannabis industry is preferred, particularly in a similar capacity.
• Previous consumer goods assembly line, production experience preferred.
• 1-2 years relevant experience.
• Must have a positive attitude, be a great team player and be open to constructive criticism.
• Must be trustworthy, dependable, and accountable for own actions.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to time manage, multitask and organize.
• Must be able to provide minor maintenance and adjustments to production equipment (basic troubleshooting skills).
• Must be able to stand for long periods, leaning over and lifting production materials, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

• Starting salary is dependent on education, experience, and skills.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift.

Ability to commute or relocate:

• Santa Ana, CA 92704: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred).

Experience:

• Cannabis Manufacturing and Production: 1 year (Preferred).

Work Location:

• One location.

Pay: $15 per hour based on qualifications.

Pay: From $15.00 per Hour
