Full Job Description

Professionally and energetically welcome and greet medical marijuana patients.

Check patient’s identification documents to verify that they are licensed.

Maintain personal ethics to maintain the patient’s privacy.

Assist patients in choosing products that will best treat their medical conditions. *Budtenders are not medical practitioners; they cannot diagnose conditions nor provide medical advice.

Explain the potential benefits of various products, methods of consumption and appropriate storage methods to patients.

Explain the different strains and types of medical marijuana as well as the effects of THC, CBD and Terpenes to patients

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be over 21 with valid Oklahoma driver’s license

Knowledge of basic computer skills, Point of sale (POS) software and cash management

Budtending experience preferred and/or cannabis advocate. Retails sales and customer service experience a plus.

Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs, be able to stand for long periods of time, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach

Excellent customer service with handling customer queries efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.25 to $11.00 per hour based on qualifications.

Pay: From $11.00 per Hour
