Job Position Title:

• Seasonal Harvest Laborer at Cannabis Farm in Williams Oregon

Job Purpose Summary:

• Work indoors and outdoors during our cannabis flower harvest.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions and solid production output, great work ethic, and a great attitude, are all keys to success in this position.
• Success in this role also depends on the ability to follow the directives of the Production Manager and work well with all team members.
• This position lasts 6 weeks starting September 21st through October.
• Seasonal Harvest Laborer position reports to Production Manager.
• Worksite based in Williams, Oregon.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ability to sit/stand and focus for long periods of time on tasks as assigned.
• Ability to identify mold, pests, and possible plant material issues.
• Manual dexterity.
• Ability to quickly report any quality issues to Management.
• Ability to perform manual labor as needed indoors and outside on tasks as assigned.
• Ability to effectively assist with other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
• Ability to effectively assist with all levels of harvest duties; defoliate, cut down plants, fan trimming with fan trimmer, breaking down plants, hanging fresh material, de-hanging dry material, burping totes, bucking, and cleaning.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to OSHA guidelines, and reporting safety hazards in a timely manner.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit.
• At least 21 years of age (anyone under the age of 21 is not allowed on the premises).
• Ability to bend and lift 30+ pounds.
• Ability to weigh accurately and keep records.
• Physical stamina for indoor or outdoor labor.
• Independent and reliable transportation.
• Must be a team player with great communication skills.

Pay:

• $15 Per Hour.
