Job Position Title:
- Budtender at Cannabis Dispensary in Farmingdale New York
Job Description:
- Guide and direct customers in their cannabis purchasing journey; advise them on cannabis products based on their preferences, needs, and budget.
- Answer customer questions and concerns; ensure they are well-informed and leave the store satisfied with their purchases.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Process customers’ payments via the dispensary’s point of sales system; ensure compliance in all transactions.
- Assist with opening and closing of store and other tasks as assigned.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
Work Experience and Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, accessories, and consumption methods.
- In-depth knowledge of all products carried in-store.
- Impeccable customer service skills.
- Retail Budtender experience preferred.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
- Must pass any required background checks.
Pay: $18 to $22 per hour based on qualifications.
Pay: From $22.00 per Hour
