Job Position Title:

  • Business Development Representative (CBD B2B Sales) at Nursery and Hemp Company in Canby Oregon

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Selling SuperTrees Botanicals products.
  • Establish, develop, and maintains business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business for the Company’s products.
  • Cold Calling prospects, in-person visits and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Research sources for developing prospective customers.
  • Develops clear and effective proposals for prospective customers.
  • Maintain satisfaction with current customers (wholesale, retail, and subscription).
  • Collaborate with wholesalers and retailers to ensure proper inventory and deliveries.
  • Interact directly with wholesalers and retailers to educate them on our products and answer questions.
  • Ensure customer issues are attended to appropriately and efficiently.
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Identify sales opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Utilize effective selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM.
  • Attend trade shows and events as needed.

Requirements:

  • Sales: 5 years (Preferred)

Pay: $50,000 per year based on qualifications with 3% commission or no base pay and 10% commission.
