Job Position Title:

• Lead Grow Tech at Cannabis Grow and Processing Facility in Burton Michigan

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• All job duties of a grow tech.
• Maintain and track records regarding training, qualifications, goals, and completion.
• Support the supervisor on the process of pre and post-shift activities.
• Respond/assist supervisors with maintenance issues.
• Ensure standardized work is followed.
• Train all new hires and cross-train other employees.
• Facilitate small group activities (PPE Training, Quality Issues, Knife Skills, etc.).
• Ensure that employees have all the right equipment and supplies to do their jobs.
• Day-to-day mentoring of employees.
• Timely complete Veg Checklists.
• Properly record all activity related to the planting, cultivating, harvesting, testing, transferring, processing, and selling of marijuana items required to be tracked in METRC.
• Ensure daily compliance with policies including but not limited to; legal and company regulations, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.
• Additional job duties as assigned.

Pay: $13 to $16 per hour based on qualifications.

Pay: From $16.00 per Hour
