• Customer Service Representative and Administrative Assistant at Cannabis Dispensary in Brooklyn New York

JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Management and handling of all calls and inquiries, including taking orders and managing customer expectations for all Cannabis products available via our online site.
• Organization, consolidation, and ongoing management of our customer database.
• Daily Management of Cannabis product menu and corresponding update of website.

WORK EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 12 months of experience with call-based customer service (management) and administrative support.
• The ideal candidate has a college degree and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 per hour based on qualifications.
