EMPLOYER NAME:

JOB POSITION TITLE:

• Processing Manager at Cannabis Dispensary in Nantucket Massachusetts

JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for maintaining the quality of all harvest batches.
• Responsible for harvesting plants in preparation for processing and for retail sale.
• Neatly maintains harvest room, including tools for harvesting.
• Responsible for producing, packaging, and labeling pre-rolls, chillums, and finished bud packages.
• Responsible for utilizing, cleaning, and maintaining equipment.
• Processing Products include flower, trim, kief, Pre-Rolls, Chillum one-hitters, Pax pods, engraving, NCF tagging and filling, and Ice Water Hash.
• Product Packaging.
• Loading and unloading plants into drying and curing areas.
• Accurately weighing and documenting cannabis in METRC at various stages of production.
• Additional Hand trimming of cannabis to TGLD’s quality standards using snips or scissors.
• Working within our inventory control software to track all actions performed during job duties (Leaf Logix and Metrc).
• Monitoring and reporting the status of drying and curing cannabis.
• Performing clean-up of mutual workstations after a harvest is complete.
• Ensuring compliance with all CCC regulations.
• Assist and take direction from Cultivation and Production Managers.
• Assist in labeling and packaging production products when needed.
• And all other job duties as assigned.

WORK EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge and familiarity with Cannabis are strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to learn, understand, and utilize reporting software.
• Ability to sit or stand for 8+ hours per day while working.
• Must be able to individually lift up to 50 lbs.
• Manages own time, priorities, and resources to achieve goals.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a state and federal background check.
• Open availability including weekends & holidays.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 to $60,000 per year based on qualifications.
